From the unspoken between feet and head – in conversation with the capital

The performance „From the unspoken between feet and head – in conversation with the capital“ refers to my very first experiences in Venecuela after I arrived. The general safety situation in the streets is very unstable, caotic and incisive in the way you would probably move. The quality of an uncertain and unpredictable fear changes the way of percieving the environment strongly.

So I was also impressed by the people I had the fortune to meet, and about the oscillating meaning of „casa“ (home/house) and „caza“ (hunt). This wordplay in it’s reversed meaning became the twisting point for this performance, I showed a couple times in a similar way before.

The difference between „casa“ (home/house) and „caza“ (hunt) is one letter and in the pronunciation hardly detectable, but in it’s real life consequenze, a massive fact. How does it feel to live in a hunted house, to exist in an environment which hunts you, which moves your open door to a security gate?
